ART ON THE RUN

Lace up your running (or walking!) shoes and get ready for a Public Art scavenger hunt through Missoula! ARTS Missoula and Run Wild Missoula have teamed up to create a free, art-filled run/walk that anyone can enjoy. Taking place at 10 am Sunday September 21st, the route will bring participants through 6–8 public art locations over a ~5-mile route, with surprises at every stop, a collaborative art project, and a chance to take home a one-of-a-kind medal-as-art.

Registration opens Thursday August 28th, to register for Art on the Run head on over to RunWildMissoula.org or follow the link below. This run is free, but any donations go toward supporting ARTS Missoula. We can’t wait to see you on the run!

Germanfest is Presented by Arts Missoula and Bayern Brewing!

Saturday, October 4th is our Annual Germanfest Celebration! With Live Music from OcTUBAfest, beer, brats, pretzels, ice cream, games for the whole family, a stein holding competition, and more, Germanfest is as exciting as ever!

Germanfest began in 1993, with a Pledge of Friendship signed between the two cities by their mayors at the time. Every year the Missoula community gathers at Caras Park to celebrate our sister city connection and the German cultural heritage.

Celebrate with us from 12-5 on Saturday, Oct 4 at Caras Park!

Arts Missoula is your local arts and culture agency. We are connecting art and culture through education, advocacy, and community. Arts Missoula serves as a resource for the coordination, development and support of art and culture for the benefit of the Missoula community.
