UM Recital Hall, 9 pm to 10 pm

Quartetto Dolce is the Tuba & Euphonium Quartet of the University of Montana. The unbelievably sweet sounds (as the name implies!) come from this ensemble made up of current and former musicians from UM’s School of Music – with Luther Manasco and Chase Windmuller on euphonium and Will Roesch and Dr. Ben Kirby (UM’s instructor of tuba and euphonium) on tuba. The members of this ensemble were recently featured at the 2016 International Tuba and Euphonium Conference in Knoxville, TN. Quartetto Dolce gives formal yet fun concerts – from coffee shops to concert halls – featuring light and serious classical music, jazz and everything in between. An uncommon and exquisite musical experience is to be expected for children of all ages! If you can’t imagine what we do – come and find out!
