Nearly 200 volunteers are needed for a variety of positions on December 31. Most shifts are two hours in length and are done in pairs or groups. All volunteers will receive one free First Night admission button. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the form below. Volunteers are needed at every venue to check that attendees have admission buttons, track attendance of events, and ensure that we do not exceed capacity limits at venues. Most shifts are two hours in length, and volunteers work in pairs.
Volunteers are needed to be on call during the event in case of a cancellation. On call shifts last 4 hours each. If you are needed, the shift will likely be no longer than two hours.
On the morning of the event volunteers are needed to help deliver items to venues. This is an excellent position if you have a volunteer group that is looking to work together. Most venues are within walking distance of our office, however it may be necessary to use a vehicle for this job.
Check In & Office Support
Volunteers are needed to assist in answering phones and providing general information to the public. In addition volunteers will be needed at the University Center and our office to check in artists and other volunteers.
Button Sales Volunteers are also needed to sell buttons at the Arts Missoula Office (327 E Broadway). Experience with sales would be helpful.
