Layers of bright hues, juxtaposing organic and geometric forms, and the bare bones of the panel represent the building blocks of identity.

Enjoying the outdoors brings images to mind that are parallels between nature and our experiences. It’s amazing how many human situations are echoed through plants and animals! I record these images and share them as paintings. Acrylic is my favorite tool, but ink, watercolor and colored pencil play supporting roles.
